A cheaper alternative to the titanium-handled Charge, the steel Surge is superbly made and managed to cut through the seatbelt webbing like butter with both saw blades and the large scissors. The dual-ended jeweller’s screwdriver was a neat addition, but the tool’s handles weren’t very comfortable when using any of the rather flexible driver bits.
