Designed with professionals in mind, the Magnum is as effective as having a second wing mirror. It takes a while to install – a clamp and screws hold it in place – but once fitted, it won’t budge. The convex mirror is the largest here, and a top performer. But you’d need to take it off at night so it doesn’t get stolen, and it’s not cheap – although you can get two for £30.
