As with some original-fit mirrors on modern cars, Carpoint’s Wide-Angle is designed to offer a glimpse of vehicles in your blind spot by sitting in the far corner of the glass. However, it was tricky to position and proved distracting. On the road, you would spot a flash of colour rather than another car.
