Despite being much cheaper than the Laser (above), Clarke’s CIR13C is supplied with more accessories. There is a selection of sockets, a handy adaptor for running the tool directly from a car battery and a slightly longer power lead. But it was let down by its uninspiring performance, plus there’s no case.
