We like this design, especially as it can be used one-handed if there's room for it to swing at least a quarter of a turn. The ITC had a tough steel strap, with pimples that pushed into the filter under pressure, giving tremendous grip. A good performance and a decent price mean this wrench takes our Recommended award.
