Despite the shiny, chequer-plate finish, the RaceX Diamond mats were pliable and we had no problems pushing them into shape in the footwells. Neither the wear test nor the muddy mixture left any lasting marks on the surface, and the rear mats were the joint biggest here with the Halfords Deluxe. The main downside is the slippery finish of that eye-catching metallic look.
