best vauxhall owned, It is top of the range, ie. 2.8i elite. the adaptive forward lighting is fantastic and the different driving modes useful although I hardly ever use 'sport'. Due to high emmissions and road tax costs it is nit cheap to run, but that is countered by the whole driving experience. I would have liked a tyre pressure monitoring option which was not possible. overall really good

Absolutely no problems in the 11+ months I have had the car, but then I would expect that of a top of the range new car. Road tax is quite expensive - ł580 in first year followed by ł270 in subsequent years. around town it drinks petrol but that is to be "expected" given the turbo charged engine and my heavy right foot.

It hasn't missed a bit from day 1. The high torque engine allows gear shifts at well below 2000 rpm which means fuel economy can be good with if the temptation to put your right foot down is resisted! fuel economy show above is from day 1 according to the trip computer. long service intervals too.

The worst new car I have bought. Dealer is good but Vauxhall are just putting the head in the sand.
I only average 30.1 mpg urban and max 44mpg on a long run, nowhere near Vauxhalls figures.

I"ve had the car 6 months and it has been superb upto now. I pay ł135 in road tax which is more than a ł100 cheaper on my last car(vauxhall vectra 2.2 petrol sri).its better on fuel even on short runs which I regularly do so I cannot complain.

Only serious issue was the brakes sticking then vibration before front and rear discs and brake pads were renewed under warranty. Expensive road tax - ł435? / 27 mpg / high group insurance / 4 new tyres after 13000 miles ł1200.

Have never had a breakdown, although ocasionally the engine gets very hot, but never over heats. Its very good on fuel I get almost 60 mpg on a long motorway run, day to day and school run has dropped it to just over 50.

Two years old and not a single problem so far. Having paid extra for the ecoflex variant, the mpg is appalling (41 overall compared with the 54 claimed by vauxhall) given that I am a careful economical driver.

The car has been perfect since we took delivery and we have not had any problems. We are getting a good mpg from the car and the fuel is the only real cost we have had and we have been very pleased with this .

Never had a problem, always starts etc. just had recalls when new. You have to be careful with the accelerator and gear changes to maximise fuel economy and parts can be dear.

Its new and ive had no issues other than a software update recall. Too early to tell millage is only 3000 something. currently paying a monthly fee as part of a service plan.

Starts and go? unlike my last car that didn't. Lease car so cant comment on running costs. but at 26,000 miles its had 2x service and 4 tyres. no other costs.
