We see how good the Audi R8 Spyder sounds roof-down in a tunnel and some other SURPRISE enclosed spaces. C’mon - feel the noise!
Let’s get this over with right from the off - the Audi R8 Spyder feels pretty much the same to drive as the Audi R8 V10 Coupé. The only major
difference is that with the roof down there is nothing between the howl of the 5.2-litre engine and your ears.
And so you can experience this aural delight yourself, we filmed the R8 Spyder driving through five different enclosed spaces. One was the empty
deck of a P&O Ferry!
Don’t worry, our video isn’t just gratuitous self indulgence. It also includes key details on the Audi R8 Spyder. Also, if you want more information
you can read the full first drive review by following this link.
(Thanks to P&O Ferries for giving us access to the Pride of Bilbao.)
