I love my Touareg - lots of neat little features. However, not sure about reliability. Failed on day one of purchase from used dealer. Was quite expensive to fix - dealer paid. Also, servicing is very expensive and self maintenance is not easy - changing a rear light bulb took nearly half an hour. In the recent cold weather snap the radio started acting up on cold mornings and I had a false workshop warning for the Hill Assist feature. Also, bit surprised about windscreen washer fluid freezing even though anti freeze was added to it. Never had this with previous cars when cold.
