IT may not be that big, but its weight indicates that this is really well made. An assortment of tethers and clips hold it in place, the lower two going under the bumper, and dumb-bells are included to add to its versatility. We found tailgate and bike arm adjustment easy and fast thanks to spring-loaded quick-release clips. However, the price isn’t great and, with no bike arm grips, there was some clattering.
