The least expensive on test, this single-barrel Clarke pump makes no efforts to hide its budget nature, and you can see where money has been saved. A flimsy lock and loose-fitting rubber footplate didn’t impress, and
it only added 3psi. On top of that, the gauge was not wholly accurate, which as with the Draper cost marks.
