Toyota Yaris (Old)
Overall Average Rating - 84.75%
Position in the Top 100 cars - 61st
Although finishing positions of 89th in the performance chart and 92nd in the ride classification may give Toyota’s engineers some cause for concern, sixth spot for reliability and seventh for running costs are impressive scores.
They reinforce the Yaris’s reputation for being one of the toughest and cheapest to run superminis on the market.

Manufacturer Verdict (Position - 13th)
Last year, Toyota was in seventh, but a poor debut for the Auris sees it plummet. While 13th is still above average, bosses will want a positive reaction to the new Avensis, iQ and Urban Cruiser in 2010.
