It needs to be sold in the UK as an OPEL, to attract sales. The 70/80s rally cars created a status.
Yeah... Because Vauxhall struggle to sell in the UK. /sarc
Dude, do you know anything about cars?!
Good looking car.lets hope the bean counters at VX/Opel don't get their hands on it.
Yeah, I know that Vauxhall produced the first British sports car. The trouble is the general public don't, and don't care about the past. Like it or not car marques have snob value. It's took Audi nearly 33 years to get where they are, and that started with the Quattro and the (B3) 80 model of 1986.
How many times have Vauxhall brought out a GT Coupe since they made their comeback with the MK 1 Astra and MK 2 Cavalier ?
And while we are at it, they should bloody well sort out their electrics. 2 friends cars have gone up in flames due to electrical fires.
a recent warranty direct survey has put Vauxhall ahead of the likes of Audi and Vw so how does that work? its about time people realised that german cars are not reliable ones, admittedly Vauxhall didnt fair great but if people want a more reliable brand they should trade in their Audi's etc for a Griffin badged Vauxhall, although if you want a top class reliable car buy a Honda.
