Don't knock Fiat’s Panda Cross until you’ve tried it. This is one rough and tough little 4x4 that’s got character to spare. It doesn’t cost the earth to buy new, but our £7,500 budget is enough to bag a 2008 model, still under warranty and with only a handful of miles on the clock.
