Despite coming with the best instructions in this category, the Halfords took a while to build and fit. This was due to the assembly required - more than rivals. But we like the Velcro rubber clamps for the bike frames, which even fit the odd-shaped frame of our child's test cycle. A light board and number plate would be needed, though, as its low position obscured those on the car
