GM, Spyker & Saab
I'm surprised some of the news about the manufacturers themselves didn't get a mention. Granted, most of GM's woes were 2009 news but their sale of Saab was newsworthy given they way it went ahead (the big, corporate monolith already winding the company up, the tiny, dedicated, independent firm intent on buying it and the support all the enthusiasts worldwide showed).
