Brit buyers back in black

Black is back. It's rising in popularity, while current top choice silver is in decline, new car registration figures show

30th April 2007

The £18,995 Toledo Sport comes with a bodykit, 18-inch BBS alloys and 2.0-litre TDI diesel engine mated to a DSG sequential box. And the dark finish will help the newcomer's second-hand value, too - the colour boosts residuals by as much as £500, according to the experts at EurotaxGlass's.
