The historic Tour de France visits Kent for three days, before continuing across the Channel. A total of 126 miles of road between Central London and Canterbury will be closed to allow the race to take place. The most severe disruption will occur on Sunday, when towns including Dartford, Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells will all become no-go areas for cars.
Drivers in the capital will meet problems around the Borough of Westminster on Saturday, as routes are restricted to make way for the event.
