Meet Noble’s new world beater! The company has released official pictures the production-ready version of its Veyron-baiting M600 supercar.

The British-made monster boasts an all carbon fibre body, with a mid-mounted 4.4-litre V8 sending up to 650bhp and a prodigious 818Nm of torque to the rear wheels. Coupled with a kerbweight of under 1200kgs, (50 less than on the first prototype) the M600 now has a better power to weight ratio than even the Bugatti Veyron. It’s enough to take it from standstill to 120mph in an incredible 8.9seconds.

To help make the M600 more useable during normal road use, and you can change the power output to suit your needs, with 450, 550 and 650bhp modes, and a different throttle map for each output.

There’s traction control too, which is adjustable right down to being fully switched off via the appropriately named ‘Missile Switch’.

Inside, the quality has been greatly improved over the light-blue pre-production car, and the interior is trimmed in more carbon fibre along the centre console & door panels and the eye-catching bespoke switchgear is all custom built.

Prices are yet to be announced, though there are currently 52 deposits from potential customers, who are likely to pay around £200,000 for the Noble when deliveries start this spring. That makes it much cheaper than both the Bugatti and the new Pagani Huayra – which is expected to cost well over half a million pounds.

Outstanding!

Please Santa! I've been a good boy all year (all 28 days of it and counting).

Just how you control 650bhp through just two wheels is beyond my driving ability - great idea to have the stepped power modes though.

The car sell itself on having a 'missile switch' - I want one so bad...!

I never thought the blue one was a prototype-only model! Since the production version has a full carbon-fibre body, the Lamborghini Murcielago successor should take note.

Loving it - especially the use of red carbon fibre on the engine cover and lower rear aero section.
Missed a trick with not using machined or carbon stalks, and clocks look a tad plain.
Shorter gear lever would've looked better too.
