Londonders should keep their eyes peeled on the office windows tomorrow lunchtime, as Fiat intends to suspend a Panda in a steel cage and carry it around the Thames tidal area by a helicopter at 250 feet.

The flight starts at 1.30-ish from the Millennium Dome, and the helicopter will cover the Thames tidal area, turn slowly at Tower Bridge and return to the Dome.
