Citroen C-Metisse

The stunning C-Metisse was the star of Citroen’s Paris Show stand

By James Disdale October 2006 According to Managing Director, Claude Satinet, the concept was: “A sports pleasure orientated vehicle, and not a normal Citroen.” With its low-slung stance and four gullwing doors it certainly stands out from the crowd. Innovation continues under the skin with a hybrid drivetrain that comprises a 2.7 V6 HDi driving the front wheels and two electric motors powering the rear. There are no plans for production but many of the design elements will feature in future motors from the French firm.
