Automotive artist PopBangColour has created a vinyl wrap for a Bugatti Veyron

Ian Cook - also known as PopBangColour - is famous for his artwork which is done using remote control cars. This is his latest piece, which is based on the £1,000,000 Bugatti Veyron and is nicknamed the BugARTi.

Cook worked with vinyl-wrap specialists, Raccoon, to create this one-off piece of art. It features the famous Gulf Racing colours, and mock-ups of the liveried Aston Martin LMP1 and iconic Porsche 917 Le Mans cars. It also gains bespoke artwork on the bonnet in the style of the conventional Bugatti badge.

It has been specially created on Lord Pembroke’s Bugatti Veyron for the Wilton House Classic and Supercar event, which will be held next week at his estate near Salisbury, Wiltshire.

Cook commented: “It’s been a great opportunity to create such a wrap. The end result looks great and I’m looking forward to seeing and hearing people’s reactions.”

It’s not the first time Cook has wrapped a car. He drives a unique Chevrolet Spark covered in his own artwork, which is called the SpART.

Check out the Gulf-themed Veyron at the Wilton House Supercar and Classic event on 5 August, which will be shown alongside the artist's previous works, including a UV Chevrolet Volt.

ugly, very ugly. Doesn't do the car's ability any justice. There's nothing in the artwork that has any connection to power or force. Give this car to me and i'll show you an 'artwork'.
