Alfa Romeo 147

In recent years, Alfa Romeo hasn’t done well in Driver Power, but the 147 is working its way up the chart. That’s impressive when you consider it’s due to be replaced next year. You love its performance and there’s praise for its handling and comfort. However, traditional issues with reliability and running costs remain.

MANUFACTURER VERDICT

A huge leap forward for the Italian firm, which has always scored badly in Driver Power. Still plenty of room for improvement, but in many respects Alfa Romeo is making great progress.
