Ford C-MAX

You’re not happy with the C-MAX! Nearly half of owners have experienced something going wrong in the past three years. Also, the latest Focus is rated 23 places ahead on comfort, and despite a clever layout you’re not convinced the C-MAX is much more practical, either. You like the ride and handling balance, but it’s clear Ford has a lot of work to do.

MANUFACTURER VERDICT

Despite brilliant cars such as the Focus, Mondeo and S-MAX, you tell us that Fords are uncomfortable, slow and have poor brakes. Perhaps their showroom appeal just doesn’t last long.
