For a budget family runabout, these are worrying results. Ride and running cost scores aside, the Note looks a great package. But few turn a blind eye to unforgiving suspension and hefty maintenance bills. Top 20 finishes for reliability, ease of driving and practicality put some gloss on things, but 92nd for running costs is unforgivable.
