Lexus has been named as the UK's best car dealer in the 2013 Auto Express Driver Power survey.
Following its win in 2012, Lexus has held on to the top spot once again, fighting off stiff competition from Subaru. Lexus sister brand Toyota came third.
Auto Express Editor-in-chief Steve Fowler said: "Lexus proves once again that it’s the best at keeping customers happy with a Driver Power double this year. According to our readers, Lexus make the best cars and have the best dealers – it clearly sets the standards that other car makers have to reach."
Lexus came top in six out of the seven categories in which drivers judged their dealers, but while Lexus owners were the most satisfied, things were not so bright for SEAT owners, as the Spanish car maker finished bottom of our league table of dealers.
Our survey also revealed the differences between men and women drivers. Men are happier with their cars than women, giving a satisfaction score of 4.19 out of five compared with the female score of 4.16.
And drivers in the east of England and Wales were the most satisfied, giving a satisfaction score of 4.2 out of five, while Londoners were the least satisfied, with a 4.11 score.
Last month Lexus was voted best car manufacturer in the 2013 survey. The Skoda Yeti was named the best car in the same survey.
