General Motors at L.A.

General Motors at L.A.

20th November 2008

There’s obviously no such thing as putting on a brave face at GM. News that the firm faces financial crisis should have brought the tooth-whitened marketing execs out in their droves at the LA Show.

But instead, a decision to abandon the Expo altogether meant the firm’s stands were deserted. And with no staff on hand to quiz about the American maker’s line-up, or its future, there were only a handful of visitors roaming free around the cars too. And on the Chrysler stand, no one had even bothered to turn on the lights! Shocking.
