Jordan lands VX drive

Rising British Touring Car Championship star Andrew Jordan has landed a dream drive for 2009. In only his second full season, the 19-year-old racer has signed for the factory Vauxhall VX Racing squad alongside current champion Fabrizio Giovanardi and two-time title winner Matt Neal.

Jordan impressed VX team bosses after he notched up a podium and two Independent wins last year. He will now get behind the wheel of a works Vectra. “It’s really exciting to be driving for Vauxhall,” said Jordan. “I know it will be hard, but I am excited by the challenge and I am hoping for a couple of wins.”
