Luxury brand Rolls Royce has teamed up with Apple to develop a new app for the iPhone which lets you customise your very own version of the new Ghost.

Fancy speccing up your own Rolls-Royce Ghost? Now you can, and in the palm of your hand too. The luxury British car maker is going all hi-tech with the launch of its first app for the Apple iPhone and iPod Touch MP3 music player.

Potential customers and enthusiasts can configure their own version of the critically acclaimed Ghost. They can choose from the thousands of design combinations available to real-life Ghost customers at actual dealerships. Available exterior options include 12 paint finishes, three different wheel styles, visible exhausts and a contrasting satin silver bonnet colour. Inside, there are eight leathers and five wood veneers, and when you’re finished the car can be saved to a virtual garage.

The app, which is free to download via the iTunes App Store, also provides a gallery of Ghost images and films. There’s even a ‘dealer search’ function if you’ve got the £195,000 needed to place the order!
