Unlike many pure TVs, this has an internal battery which will provide up to three hours’ viewing. And reception is marginally better than most here. But the high-resolution, seven-inch screen suffers from a colour cast – the picture appears too blue, and this is difficult to fix. You don’t get a stand, either, which is a major bugbear.
