When it comes to what is offered in terms of equipment, this and Halfords’ Professional Screwdriver & Bit Set are pretty much neck and neck.

But the 8700 also boasts the excellent ’driver tool from the 8738 kit, which is an absolute joy to use. Also, as with Kennedy’s KEN-573-7050K, the whole set exudes a feeling of quality and durability.
