Budget Raleigh is the most difficult bike to fold, and lifting its 16kg bulk in and out of your car is a chore. Again, large wheels make for smooth riding in town, but it takes a lot of effort just to get moving, due to the sheer weight – pedal power isn’t easily translated into forward motion. Not a great choice, despite that price.
