As well as having a long battery life, the volume/call controls were easily accessed. Despite being well away from the mouth, the mike had no problem with voice-dial calls, while sound quality was well up to scratch. But the hook wasn't so good, positioning the unit high on the ear and allowing a fair bit of movement.
