Vauxhall Adam review

Watch CarBuyer's video review of the cute new Vauxhall Adam, which is set to take on the big-selling MINI and Fiat 500

The Vauxhall Adam is the brand new city car designed to rival the hugely popular MINI hatchback and cute Fiat 500.

Personalisation is key with the new Vauxhall. The Luton-based carmaker claims to offer 30,000 different spec and option combinations – allowing each customer to individualise their Adam with exclusive colours, wheels and interior trims.

Available with a choice of 1.2 and 1.4-litre petrol engines and three trim levels, prices for the Adam start at just £11,255. That pitches it right in between the MINI and Fiat and over £1,500 below the entry-level Citroen DS3.

If practicality is top of your wish-list, your money will be safer in an Audi A1. That said, as a city runabout, the Adam shines with a load of clever safety tech, and a whole host of airbags.

So watch the review on our sister site, CarBuyer, for Rebecca’s definitive verdict on the funky new Vauxhall Adam.
