Pendle Strap On Rack

A previous test winner, it misses out here, mainly due to its price. At £25 more than the Halfords rack, it is hard to justify. There are some nice features, such as quick-release adjustment and straps which offer extra length to tie off. However, the Pendle slightly obscured the number plate on our Saxo, plus there’s no way to stop the bikes clattering.
