From sat-nav apps to mobile phone games, our App of the Year 2014 poll will find the UK's best motoring app but we need your help.

We review countless mobile phone apps every year on Auto Express. From useful sat-nav apps and apps to help you pass your driving test to fun mobile phone car games and engine sound generators, if its car-related, we cover it.

And now we're looking for the best of the best, the number one motoring app of 2014. We've narrowed it down to the best apps we've tested in the last 12 months on iOS, Android and Windows mobile devices. Now we need you to pick a winner.

Parkmobile - Worrying about parking with no spare change is a thing of the past with Parkmobile as it revolutionises the way you pay for parking. 

MotoHeroz - Wealth of exciting tracks and vehicles make this exciting trials game fun and addictive.


Inrix Traffic - Never be late again as users of Inrix Traffic can stay ahead of the game and avoid jams by checking this before setting off.

GTA: San Andreas - Legendary sandbox sprawler San Andreas comes to the small screen as you can now keep up with your campaign progress on the move.

HUDWay - Working in conjunction with most popular map apps, the HUDWay projects crucial journey information onto the windscreen to make the essentials easy to see.

Greatest Drive - Find the best roads in your area with Greatest Drive, which doubles as a GPS, picking not just the quickest journeys but the most scenic and beatiful, too.

Colin McRae Rally - This racing game takes heed from McRae’s world-class driving qualities as a fun-packed mobile rallying installment.

Official DSA Theory Test - Get it right first time with the DSA Theory Test app, which gives you all the practice you need with the same questions you’ll face in the real test. 

Google Maps - Comprehensive maps of over 200 countries are a bonus point for many as users can mimic Google’s map computer-based performance on mobile devices. 

GoPro - Use your smartphone as a video recording device on the track or on the road with the GoPro app.

Asphalt 8: Airbourne - Arcade racing in the palm of your hand with a wide selection of real-life locations and a huge choice of licenced cars.  

Apple Maps - Apple’s bundled navigational package has won many people over as an A-to-B software utensil and location reference tool.
