I already said it was by far the best looking MPV last year, and even if the production version is still similar to this concept, I still stick with what I say about it. A job well done, Vauxhall!

Unless the interior of the Zafira is anything like as luxurious as that of the late, lamented Renault Avantime, I'm not sure that they can make that claim with any justification.
When it first appeared, the Zafira was a masterpiece of packaging, squeezing seven seats into a small footprint. The new model looks to be more evolution than revolution and - even with the boomerang headlamp treatment - fails to match Ford's S-Max in the sporty looks contest.
Regardless, if priced sensibly, the Zafira will sell in droves to families who need more space than you get in a 5-seat hatchback.
