Philips Britain & Ireland Big Road Atlas 2014
Bigger than the other Philips, yet this has the same 3mpi scale. Speed cameras are listed on the map, but again, dark background colours and boundary lines make map details tricky to read. Still, the price is great – this is the cheapest A3 atlas on test, and the second cheapest overall, so put up with these flaws, and it’s good value. But when rivals offer bookmarks, fuel stations and points of interest details, it’s hard to recommend this.
