New Lotus Exige

Lotus reveals details of its fastest ever Exige.

Engineers have upped the pace at Lotus! Displayed alongside the Evora concept, an even more extreme version of the Exige has been revealed. The Exige Cup 260 is powered by a 1.8-litre supercharged petrol engine which feeds 258bhp to the rear wheels. With a kerbweight of only 890kg, the Lotus is capable of 0-62mph in only 4.1 seconds and a top speed of 145mph. The Exige Cup 260 will cost around £45,000.
