Limited Edition Micra receives a splash of colour and styling tweaks inside and out, priced from £12,300

Nissan has launched a special edition variant of the Micra, with an eye-catching colour scheme. Called the Limited Edition, it’s based on the mid-range Acenta model and features visual tweaks such as a contrasting roof and matching mirror caps.

The Limited Edition is available in three colours schemes: Pacific Blue and White, Shiraz Red and Black and finally Alabaster White and Red. Other changes include contrasting side sills and centre caps, plus a chrome exhaust finisher and ‘Limited Edition’ badging.

Inside, the air vents, floor mats and the lower part of the centre console also match the exterior colour of the roof. As it is based on the Acenta trim, the Limited Edition comes with 15-inch alloy wheels, air-conditioning, cruise control and a roof spoiler as standard.

Engines remain unchanged, with the choice of either the 79bhp or 97bhp three-cylinder 1.2-litre petrol motors available – with the former returning a claimed 68.9mpg while emitting a tax-dodging 95g/km of CO2.

Available with the option of a five-speed manual or XTRONIC CVT automatic gearbox, the Limited Edition Micra is on sale now with prices starting from £12,300.
