German tuner TechArt has boosted performance and garnished the Porsche Turbo with bespoke carbon fibre trim

German-based car tuner TechArt has got its hands on the latest Porsche 911 Turbo, giving it radical overhaul inside and out. Now featuring a bespoke bodykit and unique paintjob, Turbo owners can spec the TechArt model through the tuners individualisation programme.

TechArt will showcase the modified 911 Turbo at the forthcoming Geneva Motor Show. The bodykit, which features an active front splitter and rear diffuser has been crafted entirely from lightweight carbon fibre. There’s also a prominent rear wing and the tuning company has added the option of either 20- or 21-inch alloy wheels.

Under the skin, sport springs have been fitted along with a sport exhaust for a more raucous engine note. A power kit will also be offered with the Turbo but TechArt has yet to release any details on how substantial the hike in performance will be. The standard Turbo develops 513bhp from a turbocharged 3.8-litre six-cylinder engine.

While there are no interior pictures, TechArt states customers can expect premium leather upholstery along with a sports steering wheel and aluminium pedals. Carbon fibre trim, illuminate door sills and special floor mats will also be offered to customers.
