Alongside Halfords’ own brand (left), these Gerlux-sourced units look extremely poor value for money, as their performance was nowhere near our winner, let alone justifying the £4 premium. One sample gave off serious glare but the beam had a respectable reach, while the other bulb cast the light too close to the car.
