Given its vast capacity and high-quality finish, the Farad is an absolute bargain at this price. While we'd prefer it to be more rigid when open, once shut it was reassuringly solid. Dual-side opening made it easy to fit, pack and unload, and the unique locking telescopic stays are easily the best alternative to the gas struts we've seen. A final plus point is the high-security lock and key - similar to locking wheel nuts. Our Recommended choice.
