Subaru offers free winter tyres and alloys for every new BRZ customer until February

Subaru is offering buyers of the BRZ coupe a set of winter tyres and alloy wheels completely free to help tackle to worst of the winter weather. The offer is worth £1,095 and Subaru will also store customers’ standard tyres free of charge over the winter months.

The offer is available to customers who purchase a Subaru BRZ up until the end of February 2014, current owners unfortunately miss out on the offer. We’ve already seen the benefits winter tyres (see below) have in the Auto Express winter tyres test – especially on rear wheel drive cars like the BRZ.

Subaru BRZ review

The Snoprox Toyo tyres offered by Subaru have a special tread pattern that help improve the vehicles stability, braking and allow for more predictable handling on icy roads. Buyers can also choose from 17-inch silver or grey alloy wheels.

The BRZ is a 2+2 coupe, powered by a 2.0-litre four-cylinder boxer engine developing 197bhp. A limited-slip differential, cruise control, keyless go, USB connectivity and LED daytime running lights are all features fitted as standard.
