Don't think Pass Plus courses are the sole preserve of newly qualified, young drivers – experts believe anyone can benefit from the sessions, no matter when they got their licence.

The scheme is made up of a total of six modules which cover urban driving, dual carriageways, motorways and rural roads, plus all-weather and night-time driving. Instructors will take you through a set of procedures for each module, showing you how best to deal with each situation.

Pass Plus is claimed to increase drivers’ confidence behind the wheel, and also help them spot potential hazards more quickly. You’ll get a certificate at the end of the course, while an insurance discount is likely.
