German tuning company MEC Design offers styling package for Ferrari 458, including bodykit and 21-inch alloys

MEC Design is usually known as a Mercedes tuning company, but its latest package is focused on a slightly different challenge: restyling the Ferrari 458.

A bespoke ‘Scossa Rossa’ bodykit is responsible for most of the exterior upgrades, and includes a three piece front lip spoiler, spoiler corners, new extended side skirts and a multi-segment rear diffuser with “underride protection.”

MEC has also added matt black detailing to the front bumper wings, exhaust tips, and the Ferrari badging.

On top of this, the Berlin-based tuning company’s version of the 458 will be offered with five-spoke 21-inch meCCon alloys and can be ordered with lowering springs to set the suspension at 60mm, as well as a “Apocalypse” sports exhaust system.

Inside, MEC Design has fitted a two-tone entry guard, floor mats and LED light set, alongside carbon trim for the dash, centre console and the steering wheel, which is also finished in leather.
