Despite providing only up to 110Ib/ft, this loosened all the nuts. In many ways, it looks identical to the Clarke Best Buy, but the Cosmo is nearly twice as costly. A bad deal, given that it has a shorter lead and a 14mm socket in place of the more usable 23mm.
