Greener, sleeker and safer – that’ll be the revised Audi A8! The executive saloon features a restyled grille, new wing mirrors and fresh LED tail-lights for a more modern look.
Under the skin, the changes have been more extensive. A new 2.8-litre V6 FSI petrol engine has been added to the A8 range. With CO2 emissions of 199g/km, it’s the cleanest luxury petrol car on sale.
Audi has also tweaked the A8’s steering and adaptive air-suspension to give improved handling and ride quality. The firm’s lane assist system – which makes the steering wheel vibrate if the driver fails to indicate when changing lanes – and a blind-spot warning set-up have been added to help boost safety.
All A8s also get DAB radio, xenon headlights, heated front seats and enhanced four-zone climate control. Prices start at £49,995 for the 2.8 FSI.
