Blade Bug Attacks A3

In the current wintry weather, the last thing you want is dodgy wipers. But we've learned that's exactly what some new Audi A3 owners are experiencing.

Karen Ostler, who lives in Solihull, West Midlands, told us: "The wipers on my car run at different speeds, and sometimes do only a half sweep."

We contacted Audi, and a spokesman said: "There's a problem with the electronic wiper control unit. A modified unit has been developed, but in the meantime Audi UK will provide affected customers with free courtesy vehicles."
