The Lexus RC 350 F Sport variant will debut at the Geneva Motor Show next month. It will feature more aggressive exterior styling and bespoke interior trim, exclusive to the model. Lexus also claims dynamic upgrades will be fitted.
Images of the F Sport model are yet to be revealed, but a more chiselled front and rear bumper with larger air intakes and vents will feature. A unique alloy wheel design should also be offered, while the trademark spindle grille will have a mesh finish like other F Sport models in the Lexus range.
The Lexus RC was first unveiled last year at the Tokyo Motor Show, in RC 350 and RC 300h Hybrid form. At the Detroit Motor Show in January, Lexus then took the wraps off the hot RC F model. The F Sport model will complete the RC lineup when it is fully revealed at the Geneva Motor Show.
Mechanically, the F Sport variant will remain unchanged and feature the same 318bhp 3.5-litre V6 engine as the standard RC 350, driving the rear wheels. Power will be transferred via an eight-speed paddle shift gearbox.
Alongside the RC 350 F Sport, Lexus will also showcase the new RC F GT3 concept, which signals Lexus’ intentions to engineer a car for teams racing in GT3 competitions.
